How it works

Four things happen, in order, for every case your firm carries.

1. 1. The check

   Each A-Number, checked against the court’s record every working day.

   On federal working days — not weekends, not court holidays — EOIR Tracker asks the immigration court’s own system about every case your firm carries. Every check is noted, whether it found a change or not.

2. 2. The notice

   When the court moves a hearing, your firm and your client both hear.

   A hearing set, moved or no longer listed, or a decision entered, becomes an email to your firm that says exactly what changed — and a notice to your client, in English or Spanish, with the new date and time in the court’s city.

3. 3. The calendar

   Your calendar follows the court, at the court’s local time.

   Connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Every upcoming hearing appears at the time the court set it, in the court’s own time zone; when the court moves it, the entry moves. Each member of the firm decides whether their own calendar follows.

4. 4. The acknowledgement

   The client confirms. The file remembers.

   Each client notice carries a link. When the client confirms they have read it, the confirmation is recorded — the time, the language, the network it came from — and a certificate is kept with the case, frozen as it was the moment they confirmed.
